Natural sexual enhancers - increase potency in a natural way
In Germany around three to five million men struggle with erectile problems! Age, stress and hormonal imbalances can all lead to erection problems. These are always uncomfortable for the man. Potency is still considered a synonym for masculinity and strength. It is important for many men to maintain and care for them.
Which natural sexual enhancers are there?
Natural sexual enhancers are all means that improve erectile
function or prevent impotence without chemicals or conventional medicine . As a
rule, these are herbals preparations that do not directly increase lust, but
rather are intended to support physical functions. Above all, active ingredients
are popular here that promote blood circulation, have a mood-enhancing effect
and enhance the vitamin balance. The following natural sexual enhancers will
now be examined in more detail:
L-arginine
L-arginine is a natural amino acid that takes over the
production of nitric oxide in the body. Nitric oxide is important for an
erection because it dilates the blood vessels and thus promotes blood flow.
Viagra, for example, inhibits the breakdown of this substance and so the mode
of action of L-arginine is similar to that of Viagra. However, L-Argining does
not cause any side effects and does not require a prescription.
L-arginine is the only natural sexual enhancer whose effect
can also be proven. Some universities have already established that the amino
acid has an erectile effect. However, long-term, regular and high-dose intake
is crucial for this. Only then can an erection-promoting effect be achieved. In
order to achieve an effect, products with L-argining should also be of very
good quality.
Citrulline
Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that occurs as a
product of the urea cycle. Citrulline can be produced by the body itself. The
amino acid occurs naturally in foods such as melon.
Citrulline is classified as a natural sexual enhancer and
its effectiveness has been examined in numerous studies. As already mentioned,
nitric oxide is required for an erection, which dilates the blood vessels in
the body and enables better blood flow, which then also supports an erection.
Citrulline, which is a natural precursor to arginine, starts this process. This
is how arginine is initially created from citrulline. An enzyme then ensures
that argining is metabolized and nitric oxide is produced.
Citrulline does not actually have a direct effect on
potency, but it plays an important role in the reaction chain for the creation
of an erection. The amino acid is therefore still little known as a sexual
enhancer and there is still insufficient information about the dose and
duration of use, as well as possible side effects.
ginseng
In advertising, ginseng is often used as a natural remedy.
The root is said to have a potency-increasing effect. Ginseng is primarily
approved for strengthening and building up with tiredness and weakness, as well
as with decreasing concentration and performance. A natural sexual enhancer
with ginseng makes use of the stimulating effect of the plant. Potency requires
alertness, performance and strength. Thus, with ginseng a good condition for an
erection is created. However, ginseng cannot bring about an erection itself.
Even in studies, a potency-increasing effect of ginseng has
not yet been clearly proven, because the quality of the roots and thus the
concentration of active ingredients have a decisive influence on this.
The ingestion of ginseng can lead to high blood pressure,
diarrhea and insomnia. However, ginseng preparations do not require a
prescription, as they are usually harmless and well tolerated.
Maca
The Maca plant, which comes from the South American Andes,
was already used as an aphrodisiac by the Incas. Nowadays, Maca is also
considered a "natural Viagra". However, Maca is not supposed to
promote the erection itself, but rather the sex drive. For this reason, the
application can also be suitable for women who suffer from a decreased libido.
Some active ingredients in the maca root have already been
said to have a libido-increasing effect. However, studies have so far not been
able to prove whether erectile dysfunction can also be reduced with it. Maca is
well tolerated, only with very high doses beyond the manufacturer's
recommendations, side effects such as stomach pain, diarrhea and nausea can
occur. Maca works well as a dietary supplement.
Spanish fly
The Spanish fly is an aphrodisiac that is extracted from a
beetle and is actually a toxin. The internal organs and also the sexual organs
are said to be stimulated by the Spanish fly. For this reason, preparations are
only given in homeopathic doses; in Germany, higher doses are not allowed.
Since no potency-increasing effect has been proven in
scientific studies so far, little can be said about dosages, duration of intake
and side effects.
